No one will know how these buildings looked without visual aid, and the buildings do not exist anymore. It also displays the demolition of the buildings.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The subject of the image was demolished, and a free image of the buildings is unlikely to exist. It is impossible to take new photographs of these structures.
