Español: Retrato del aristócrata y marino español Francisco Javier Everardo-Tilly (1712-1795), capitán General de la Armada española, marqués de Casa-Tilly y caballero de la Orden de Santiago. Mandó la flota que transportó el ejército de Pedro de Cevallos, Virrey de la Plata, que conquistó para la Corona Española la Colonia del Sacramento en 1776.
English: Francisco Javier Everardo-Tilly, Spanish Admiral (1712-1795). Commanded the large Spanish fleet of 9000 soldiers, sent by King Carlos III of Spain to conquer from Portugal (1776) Colonia del Sacramento, now in Uruguay.
