Summary

Description
English: The wonderful chef, restaurateur, and leader of the slow food movement, Alice Waters of Chez Panisse catered dinner for the group, and brought with her a bevy of wonderful local produce, all crafted in a beautiful and thoroughly delicious manner. She spent about 15 minutes telling us all about the food, where it came from, and gave us all a brief introduction to the slow food movement. A wonderful aperitif to the delightful dinner!
