• Trailer, released in 1981, contains no copyright notice.
• Because it was a promotional trailer, it was issued to the public via theatrical screenings and was widely available. Prior to the 1981 release of this trailer, the film had been released under the titles Communion and Alice, Sweet Alice.
• Copyright searches through the United States Library of Congress show registration for the feature film in 1981 and again in 1982 under its Holy Terror title, but these search results produce no copyright information regarding promotional materials, such as theatrical trailers or television advertisements.

This work is in the public domain because it was published in the United States between 1978 and March 1, 1989 without a copyright notice, and its copyright was not subsequently registered with the U.S. Copyright Office within 5 years.
