Summary

Description
English: In 1947 Alberta plates would again creep up just into the six digit numbers just as they had back in 1929. Due to the Great Depression and World War II six digit passengers would not again reappear until 1947 which was the year of oil discovery in Alberta and after that Alberta's population and auto registrations would skyrocket.
