Summary

Description

Albert Hitchen (Falcon Cycles) has just taken victory in the Daily Mail London-York road race 1964. Race ran in conjunction with the York Rally at the Knavesmire.

I think the man on the left is journalist Colin Wilcock but I don't know the name of the press photographer.
