Summary

Description
English: This 12th century Dravidian temple named after Indra's elephant - "Airavat", was built by Rajaraja Chola II. Notice that this temple is structured in the shape of a chariot. It is known for its extensive stone sculpture work.
This place is a UNESCO World Heritage Site under the reference 250.
