English: Adlington railway station, Lancashire Opened in 1841 by the Bolton and Preston Railway, later part of the Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway. View north west towards Chorley and Preston, shortly after the line was electrified. The two-storey main station building used to be between the remaining brick building and the bridge. |
