English: Two-sided Adie's pupils of unknown etiology identified by an ophthalmologist in February 2011.

Diagnosis: ICD H57.0 Adie, abnormal pupillary function obs.

Please note the dilated pupils are not caused by drug usage. The image should not be used as an illustration for such conditions.
