Summary

Description
English: A blank Hazardous Materials Identification System-like sign outside a PennDOT facility near Cambridge Springs, PA.
Despite appearing to be a Hazardous Materials Identification System (HMIS) sign, it doesn't conform to various aspects of the HMIS III: The number spots should be squares, not diamonds, there should be two squares in the blue "Health" field, and there should not be a square in the white "Protective Equipment" field. The yellow 'Instability' bar, was never part of any version of HMIS. It should be orange with "Physical Hazard".
