English: Painting "A Panoramic view of Norwich". By John Ninham (1754-1817). Painting shows the windmill built on the Black Tower, Carrow Hill, Norwich. Although artist is recorded as unknown on the hosting website, my research shows that it was by John Ninham. Painting cannot be any later than 1810 as Carrow Bridge would be visible in the scene and was built in that year.
