Summary
| Description |
English: India's very distinctive cuisine defines what India is all about. Here, I am showcasing mouth watering South Indian delicacies (Masala Dosa, Plain Dosa, Rava Idli, Kerala Paratha, Idli Vada - not to forget the detailed garnishing like onion salad, cashew nuts and drum sticks in sambar), held on my palms. All items are miniature models, that I have handcrafted using home made clay.
Through this photograph, I would like to pass on this message: "Survival of India's cuisine and culture is in our hand - let us uphold our rich tradition of health and goodness of life". |
