Summary

Description
Deutsch: 2×AMD Epyc 9754 in Dual-CPU-Socket-Serversystem.
English: 2×AMD Epyc 9754 in dual CPU socket server system. Each processor has 128 cores and 256 threads. There are 24 DDR5 RAM slots in the server system, which are equipped with a total of 768 GiB (approx. 825 GB) in the form of DDR5-4800 RAM modules. The system can be supplied with a maximum of 2600 watts. An RTX 6000 is installed for this purpose. The server system costs more than 100,000 yuan (approx. 12741 euros on 15/05/2024, 16:46 UTC). The server system sucks air noticeably during operation. The Task Manager recognizes 256 cores and 512 threads. This results in 16 MiB L1 cache, 256 MiB L2 cache and 512 MiB L3 cache. The CPU utilization display in the Task Manager allows the grid to generate small pixelated figures by selectively utilizing certain threads (like a 32×16 pixel grid). In benchmarks, the CPU association achieves very strong results that can sometimes keep up with GPUs. A RAM data throughput of up to 750 GB/s and L1 cache speeds of up to 36 TB/s were measured.
