Summary

Description A U.S. Navy North American AJ-2 Savage (BuNo 134072) of Heavy Attack Squadron VAH-6 Fleurs on the catapult of the aircraft carrier USS Lexington (CVA-16) in the waters of southern California. VAH-6 was assigned to Air Task Group 1 (ATG-1) aboard the Lexington for a deployment to the Western Pacific from 28 May to 20 December 1956.
