English: The logo of the Atlantic Club of Bulgaria was created in 1990 by the Club's founding President Dr. Solomon Passy. It is an amalgamation of the logo's of NATO and the EU, and symbolizes the unity of the Euro-Atlantic community, imbedding the slogan "Unity Makes the Force". This logo was later adopted by dozens of other Atlantic NGO's created in Central & Easter Europe. In 2009 Foreign Minister Passy proposed this logo to officially replace the current logo of NATO, as symbol of the new wave in Trans-Atlantic relations, following the return of France to the military organization of NATO and the election of Obama as US President.
