This book cover image was uploaded for use in the article The Ashley Book of Knots. There it is used for both identification as well as commentary. Specifically commentary regarding the fact that it was not painted by Clifford Ashley, a fine painter himself, but rather George Giguer. This is according to the signature in the lower right corner of the cover.
