Summary
[edit]Fair use rationale for When All Is Said and Done
[edit]The front cover of ABBA 1981 7" single "No Hay a Quien Culpar", copyright Polar Music/RCA Records El Salvador. Record cover to illustrate the article about the song "When All Is Said and Done", the ABBA discography, and the relevant period in the history of ABBA. Although the picture is subject to copyright I feel and assert that it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is a low resolution copy of a single cover;
- it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the single in any way;
- no free alternative is available;
- its use is commensurate with usage throughout discographies and album listings across the world wide web;
- its low resolution means copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the single artwork.
