Raymond Randolph, a federal judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for Washington, D.C. and the Sunset Parade guest of honor, speaks with guests during the parade reception at the Women in Military Service for America Memorial at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va., June 4, 2013. Sunset Parades are held every Tuesday at the Marine Corps War Memorial during the summer months.
