This link [1] proves it was copyrighted in 1941. Just search the album up.

This link: [2] is a search online of the Copyright Office 1978- present records. None was found of this 78 rpm album's cover therefore it's copyright was not renewed after 1978.

The image was brought through Photoshop for some small enhancements, therefore the PD scan copyright tag was applied.
