English: BR Class 50, nos. 50017 and 50021 "Rodney" at Birmingham Railway Museum on 21st November 2004. The former is painted in non-standard LMS maroon, a legacy from when it was hired to work the VSOE "Northern Belle". Both locomotives are currently undergoing restoration to working order.
Deutsch: British Rail Baureihe 50, Nr. 50017 und 50021 „Rodney“ im Birmingham Railway Museum am 21. November 2004. Erstere trägt eine rotbraune Lackierung der London, Midland and Scottish Railway (LMS), die allerdings nicht dem Standard entspricht; ein Erbe der Vermietung an den Venice-Simplon Orient Express, für den sie die Northern Belle-Route von Inverness nach Plymouth leistete. Beide Lokomotiven werden derzeit wieder in einen betriebsfähigen Zustand versetzt.
