English: 3D representation of two mouse daughter nuclei in a late stage of nuclear division (Telophase). The spindle apparatus (anti-tubulin Immunostaining, orange), the actin cytoskeleton (Phalloidin staining, green) and chromatin (DAPI-staining, cyan) are visualized.
