34 Howard Street between Crosby Street and Broadway in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1868 and was designed by noted architect James Renwick and his associate at the time, Joseph Sands, in the neo-Grec style. The facade is cast-iron on the first two floors an marble above that. It is located within the SoHo - Cast-Iron Historic District.
