Summary

Description The Kaskel & Kaskel Building at 316 Fifth Avenue on the corner of East 32nd Street in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1903 and was designed by Charles L. Berg in the Beaux-Arts style. (Source: AIA Guide to NYC (4th ed.)) In July 2017, Kohn Pederson Fox filed plans with the city which, if carried out, would replace the building with a 539-foot 40-story tower consisting of two dozen apartments and three floors of retail.
