The formation signs used by the Canadian Army in WWII would be covered by a Crown Copyright held by the Canadian Department of National Defence. The copyright expired 50 years after the formation sign was created (no later than 1944). The image in the file was created entirely by me based on other lower-quality images accessible on the Internet. The maple leaf is gold colored while the background is blue colored.
