This four-story brick and terra cotta building was constructed in 1913 as a Studebaker dealer.
At the time the contract was announced it was identified as the largest automobile industry building in the city.
The four-story brick and terra cotta building resides on the northwest corner of 25th Avenue and Farnam Street.
