English: Looking west from Chelsea Waterside Park at the crosswalk across 12th Avenue (West Side Highway) towards Pier 63 in Hudson River Park, at what would be the west end of 23rd Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. This crosswalk was originally supposed to be a pedestrian bridge between the two halves of Chelsea Waterside Park, but the bridge was never built, and the waterfront portions of the park were completed in a separate project. |
