Summary

Description 232 Clinton Avenue between Dekalb and Willoughby Avenues in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City was built in 1874-75 as the residence of Standard Oil magnate Charles Pratt, and was designed by Ebenezer L. Roberts in the Italianate style. It is now Founders Hall of St. Joseph's College and is used as a faculty residence. It is located within the Clinton Hill Historic District.
