Summary

Description
English: House at 2100 Spence Place in the Island Home Park neighborhood of Knoxville, Tennessee, USA. Built circa 1927, it was the home of hardware store owner James A. Ferguson in the late 1920s, and in the late 1930s it was the home of TVA engineer Carl Bock. The house is now a contributing property within the NRHP-listed Island Home Park Historic District.
