Description
English: THIS BUILDING WAS CONSTRUCTED IN 1925. THE 20TH CENTURY CLUB WAS A WOMEN’S ORGANIZATION INVOLVED IN MANY CAUSES, RANGING FROM PASSING LAWS PROHIBITING SPITTING ON SIDEWALKS TO EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL ISSUES. THIS BUILDING COUPLES PRAIRIE SCHOOL STYLE WITH CLASSICAL ELEMENTS.
