Summary
| Description |
English: The nave of the church is the area where worshipers stand, and in Orthodox churches, a partial wall with three doors separates the altar from the nave. This barrier is called the Templon. In Panayia Yiatrissa's main chapel, the Templon is made of marble, and decorated with Byzantine style icons, as is common to most Orthodox churches. |
