Description2018 at Filton Abbey Wood - the four tracks now in place (11).JPG
English: When Filton Abbey Wood station opened in 1996 there were just two tracks served by platforms 1 and two (on the right in this view). Platform 3 was opened in 2004 to allow Cardiff-bound services to call without blocking the main line to the north. 2018 saw the widening of the line souhwards to Bristol to four tracks and so a platform 4 was added (on the far left).
