English: Pilgrims in the Basilica of Saint Servatius in Maastricht, Netherlands. This group walked the 10-15 km route between the shrine of Sint Gerlach in Houthem and Maastricht, as part of the 2018 Heiligdomsvaart ("Relics Pilgrimage"). The history of the seven-yearly Heiligdomsvaart goes back to the Middle Ages. The first 'modern' version of this ten-day catholic pilgrimage took place in 1874. The 2018 Heiligdomsvaart was the 55th modern edition.
