English: Reliquary procession entering the Basilica of Saint Servatius in Maastricht, Netherlands. This is part of a church service in which the main relics of the church are venerated. It is one of the highlights of the 2018 Heiligdomsvaart ("relics pilgrimage"), a religious and historic event that takes place once in seven years and dates back to the Middle Ages. The reliquary cross carried in here by a priest is the so-called Patriarchal Cross of circa 1490 with particles of the True Cross.
