| Description | East Arkansas Enterprise Community, (EAEC) Inc. consultant Mildred Barnes-Griggs and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Arkansas Strike Team Leader Charlie Williams discuss the technical assistance available for crop production, management, harvesting, food security, value added products and marketing options for the EAEC in Forrest City, AR on Mar. 4, 2013. USDA in partnership with Heifer International (an International organization whose mission is to work with communities to end hunger and poverty and care for the Earth) and various for-profit and non-profit organizations have organized the Seeds of Change Implementation Plan to use sustainable agriculture to build food systems in the Arkansas Delta.
