Landhaus mit Hausteinfassaden in weitlaeufigem Landschaftspark von Evariste Mertens. 1908–11 Erweiterung der Anlage um einen neubarocken Gartenpavillon mit terrassiertem franz. Garten sowie Badehalle und Schwimmbad (zugeschuettet) des Architekten Carl Sattler aus Muenchen und des dt. Bildhauers Adolf von Hildebrand. Seit dem Umbau von 1943 Clubhaus BBC/ABB; 1993 Ausbau des Untergeschosses durch Arthur Rueegg.
