English: A wounded man is carried out from Rama 4 in to Soi Ngam Duphli. Hardcore foreign photojournalists obstruct the rescuers (who are not yet out of the line of fire) just long enough so they can get their "money shot". A Thai photojournalist is one of the people carrying the stretcher and apparently is smiling to the wounded man in order to calm him down. The wounded man had been lying out on Rama 4 under army fire for approximately 8 minutes. Thai rescue workers are the unsung (and perhaps only) heroes of this conflict, risking their lives under very difficult circumstances to save the wounded, irrespective of their alliance.
