| Description |
English: Damage taken by Observatory on Śnieżka, Poland, as a result of structural failure between 14th and 16th of march 2009. Observatory which construction was finished in 1974 had been built with materials and welding which did not meet design requirements. As a result the upper disc's floor broke, and has been dismantled. Deutsch: Foto von der demontierten Bodenkonstruktion nach dem Schaden. Dieser entstand durch sehr hohe Schneelasten, Sturm und war eventuell begünstigt durch das Alter des Baus. Dabei hat es den Balkon teilweise niedergerissen und dadurch auch die Bodenkonstruktion beschädigt. Das Gebäude wurde danach wieder instandgesetzt. Im Bild File:Śnieżka - katastrofa budowlana 2009.JPG sind der Schaden und die Schnemassen zu sehen. |
