English: Germany, Principality of Calenberg, John Frederick as Prince 1665–1679.

Ag 2/3 Palmbaumthaler 1677 fine silver without mint mark. (30mm, 7,2g), obverse:

Portrait from the right with cape, circumscr.: IOAN•[nes] FRIDER•[icus] D•[ei] G•[ratia] DUX BR•[unsvicensis] E•[t] L•[uneburgensis] (John Frederick by the grace of God Duke of Brunswick and Lüneburg).
