Summary

Description
English: A fragment of the polyomavirus minor capsid protein VP2 (yellow) in complex with the major capsid protein VP1 (blue). VP1 is assembled into a pentamer, which in turn assembles into a closed icosahedral capsid. VP2 (or its isoform VP3) is located in the interior of the capsid in association with each pentamer.
