Description1986 Aston Martin V580 engine from the rear.jpg
English: A 1986 (1987?) Aston Martin V8 engine from a federalized V8 Volante undergoing some work at Autosports Designs in Huntington, NY (Long Island). V580, chassis number is probably 15490 but I can find nothing. This particular engine was built by Mike Peach (who built 400 engines for Aston and still works in their Heritage workshop), while "LFA" signifies US catalyzed version and Vantage specs - not sure what that means for US market cars.
