Seen at the famous Auto Collection at The Quad (formerly Imperial Palace), Las Vegas.
This Lancia 037 was delivered new in 1983 in Germany, and imported into Guatemala in 1989. The Guatemalan owner brought the car to the US and garaged it in Denver for his son. There is only 10,559 kilometers on the odometer, and unlike most other cars at this collection, this one is not for sale.
The Lancia 037 was developed in the early 1980s for Group B rally racing, and to comply with regulations, 200 road-legal examples had to be manufactured. It was the last successful RWD rally car.
