Description
English: Soviet commemorative 5 ruble silver coin (mass: 16.67g, mf: 900, diameter: 32mm, quality: proof but with visible cosmetic damage) of Archery at the 1980 Summer Olympics
  • Obverse shows the coat of arms of the USSR, the Russian text for "USSR" (СССР) and the coin's denomination of 5 rubles (5 РУБЛЕЙ).
  • Reverse shows the a female athlete drawing the bowstring of a modern bow set in the background of a stadium, text "Games of the XXII Olympiad Moscow 1980" in Russian (ИГРЫ XXII ОЛИМПИАДЫ МОСКВА 1980), repetition of the date (1980), a signature, and the emblem of the 20th Olympic Games.
