Summary

Description
English: Soap Box Derby racer driven by Mark A. Lehmann (1953-2017) who took 1st place in the Sioux City, Iowa local race in 1967. This qualified him to attend the 30th All-American World Championship in Akron, Ohio a month later. Mark was runner-up in his hometown the year prior. As an adult he was an avid musician and inductee at the Iowa Rock and Roll Music Association Hall of Fame. Illustration by Bill Wrigley
