Summary

Description
English: A vintage Soap Box Derby race car built and piloted by Boyd E. Blevins, who won the Local Championship in Fredericksburg, Virginia in 1959. Later that Summer Boyd went to Akron, Ohio and competed in the All-American Soap Box Derby where he placed 2nd in his first heat. Illustration by Bill Wrigley
