Description1954 Packard Cavalier sedan red and black at Rambler Ranch.jpg
English: 1954 Packard Cavalier finished in red with a black roof. The Cavalier was offered only as a four-door sedan for the model year and features "slash" trim on the rear doors.
The Cavalier has the same 127-inch wheelbase as the premium level Patrician series, but with the straight-eight engine as in the Clipper. This 327-cubic-inch (5.36 L) I8 with a four-barrel Carter carburetor was rated at 185 horsepower.
Photographed at the Rambler Ranch collection (located at 36370 Forest Trail, Elizabeth, CO 80107) that was part of the 2021 American Motors Owners (AMO) convention held in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Rambler Ranch houses hundreds of cars focusing on Nash and American Motors (AMC) products as well as many other unique cars.
