It has a Nash Ambassador drivetrain (inline six-cylinder OHV 234.8 cu in (3.85 L) engine and a three-speed manual transmission with overdrive) and a handmade European chassis and body. Marketed in the United States by Nash-Kelvinator as a halo vehicle to promote sales of the other Nash models in North America.
