Clark; John Skelton Williams, Comptroller of the Currency; George R. Comings, F. E. Tuttle, James H. Moyle and Andrew C. Lawson. According to the Coin World Almanac, 1978 edition, page 265, former Mint Director George E. Roberts was also appointed an Assay Commissioner.
