Summary

Description
English: "Public Notice" placed by C. B. (Charles Bennett) Richards offering a £20 reward for the return of his two sons, Norman and Roy Richards. The boys had been taken by their mother. They eventually ended up in Oceanside, California and changed their names; Roy Richards thus became Marshal South.
