English: ანტონ ჭყონდიდელ-მთავარეპისკოპოსის თხოვნით მეფემ შეწირა სხალტბას, წყაროს სათავეში მოსახლე ქოსაისძენი წყლის მკაზმავებად. საბუთის დამწერია მწიგნობარი იაკობ იწრელისძე. სიგელს ამტკიცებენ თამარ მეფე, დავით სოსლანი, მღვიმის კრებული, ანტონ ჭყონდიდელი და ქართლის მთავარეპისკოპოსი. საბუთს ახლავს ხელრთვები: 1. მტკიცე ყოს ღმერთმან შეუცვალებელად (თამარ მეფე) 2. ქ. მე მეფესა დ ა ვ ი თ ს ა ც ა დამიმტკიცებია, მტკიცეა ნებითა ღ(მრ)თისათა (დავით სოსლანი).
