English: Name: Kibbutz Yiftah will open Description: Kibbutz Yiftah - inscription on the wall עברית: שם: קיבוץ יפתח תיאור: קיבוץ יפתח - כתובת על הקיר הערות: יִפְתַּח - קיבוץ של התק"ם בצפון ליד קריית שמונה וגבול ישראל–לבנון, במועצה אזורית הגליל העליון. הוקם באוגוסט 1948 על ידי חיילים משוחררים מחטיבת יפתח של הפלמ"ח, על שמה נקרא הקיבוץ. יפתח הוקם כיישוב משלט במלחמת העצמאות. מקימי הקיבוץ היו לוחמי פלמ"ח חברי הכשרות גבת ואשדות יעקב מתנועת הנוער העובד שהשתתפו בגדוד הראשון והשלישי של הפלמ"ח בקרבות לשחרור מלכיה, צפת, נבי יושע, הגליל, שמנעו ניתוק אצבע הגליל מישראל. גם לשחרור לוד, רמלה והנגב. הקיבוץ נפגע מהתקפות מלבנון בתקופת מלחמת חרבות ברזל. 2023. מיקום: יפתח מעלה הצילום: ישראל פרקר מקור הצילום: ארכיון קיבוץ יפתח קובץ מקורי: 1971.jpg |
